It's a classic for a reason. Coq au Vin is a chicken braised in red wine, and so deeply flavorful and comforting. We're serving it with a side of Potato-Celeriac Dauphinois, similar to potatoes gratine, but even better, if you can believe it! You'll feel like you should *definitely* have a butler.
